Full service event management for the 2005 holiday party. The project included design and production of décor including drapery, furniture, florals, and lighting; menu selection, catering services, and liquor procurement; staffing including butlers and bartenders; set-up and break-down of event; on-site management; and budget management.

Penta worked closely with Saks Fifth Avenue to celebrate the launch of the Versace Men’s 2006 Spring Collection.  This was an in-store event and thinking outside the box, a specialty of Penta, was crucial for its success.  Penta was involved with the set up of the event which included hors d’oeuvres, a bar sponsored by Belvedere Vodka and a DJ.  To help enhance the theme of the event, Penta added accents to the wait staff’s attire to complement the colors of the Versace Men’s Spring Collection.

Penta worked closely with Gotham Magazine and Grey Goose Vodka to produce an event to honor the best bartender in New York City.  Penta orchestrated furniture rentals, floor plan layout, catering, and music for the event.
