The Contingency Planning Exchange is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide there members with innovative strategies, tools, and networking opportunities to advance the practice of business continuity and crisis management.  In addition to planning monthly conferences for this client, Penta is also an integral part of their special event needs.  When the organization was preparing for their 20th anniversary, Penta was contracted to plan a gala celebration.  Penta handled all aspects of the event from conception to design to on-site management.  Penta was responsible for securing the venue, selecting the band, marketing the event and selling tickets, creating a seating chart, securing and coordination with the keynote speaker (Commissioner Ray Kelly), working with the honorees of the event, and more.  The gala is an event that the CPE Board and its members still rave about.
